Refund and Returns Policy – FABLOUS.PK

At Fablous.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect and pack every order before delivery. However, if you face any issue with your purchase, we are here to help.

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 3 working days from the date you receive your order. After 3 working days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the request must be based on a valid and authentic reason, such as:

• The parcel was not received
• You received the wrong product
• The product was damaged or defective upon arrival

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In the same condition as received
• In its original packaging

We require proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) to process any return or refund request.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Oil bottles
• Serum bottles

These products are non-returnable once opened or delivered.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 3 working days.

Refunds will be sent through the following payment methods:

• SadaPay
• NayaPay

Please note: Refunds are only issued after verification of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

1. Check your payment account again
2. Wait for processing (may take some time)
3. Contact us for support

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping Returns
